For nearly three decades, Christina has helped organizations convert technology risk, recovery requirements, and governance expectations into practical operating models. Her work spans cyber resilience, disaster recovery, service management, audit readiness, and enterprise operations.

She has built programs from inception through pilot, merger integration, and enterprise-scale execution. Her leadership connects standards and controls with the people, workflows, data, and executive decisions required to make them sustainable.

Today, Christina directs cyber testing, application resilience planning, and simulation programs supporting more than 300 in-scope applications each year. She is equally at home shaping strategy, coaching teams, strengthening systems of record, or presenting a concise risk narrative to senior leadership.
